'Poutama Bricklaying' is a New Plymouth based masonry business I founded following my return to NZ in 2018. Originally from Taranaki, I emigrated to Queensland after finishing High School at Francis Douglas. Soon after arriving in Brisbane I became a Bricklayer Apprentice, completing my training 4 years later in 2003. Following 12 years of construction & contracting services in Brisbane, I moved to WA in 2015 where I continued my trade, running a successful business and team of bricklayers building homes for the booming Perth housing market. Eventually the call of home was too great, the time was right, and I decided to move home. It feels great to be back in New Plymouth and I look forward to providing quality Masonry services to the Taranaki region. Throughout my career I have been involved in projects of all scopes and sizes, giving me a vast amount of experience. So if your looking for an honest tradesman for your next project, please don't hesitate to give me a call or message.
